I did ONE thing, which is TURN OFF Dragon Center's LAN Manager. SO, I started to look at the settings on my PC.
After my wife came home, she explained the engineer was getting good speeds when he tested, and then she tested the Wi-Fi on her Mac and the speed was fine. But I don't speak Chinese well and I couldn't communicate with the engineer. I was very upset and thought the problem was Chungwha Telecom. I began to test the Internet speed and it was very, VERY slow. Next, I ordered new Internet from Chungwha Telecom (I live in Taiwan.) I ordered 100/40 mbs Internet speed. I installed the latest Dragon Center & latest drivers from MSI. I recently got a brand new computer with the MSI x570 Tomahawk.
